Brian being new was not real knowledgeable about the vehicle he showed us. Kate was easy to work with but a little disorganized. The senior sales mike was fairly rude about trade value and thought it wa vehicle he showed us. Kate was easy to work with but a little disorganized. The senior sales mike was fairly rude about trade value and thought it was absurd that I would ask for NADA clean trade value for my vehicle. I will use Dave Smith Motors for All my future vehicle purchases due to the fact Lithia uses lowball Kelley Blue book values for trades and high end values for their vehicle sales. I kept my trade and sold it in a week at Nada value. Customers made your company, the least you can do is treat them fairly. More
