I already had an Idea what I was looking when shopping around various dealerships, so Mike's low-pressure and relaxed attitude was much appreciated. I made it very clear in the beginning that I didnt care around various dealerships, so Mike's low-pressure and relaxed attitude was much appreciated. I made it very clear in the beginning that I didnt care about all of the extra bells and whistles, and he showed me the OTD price without issue (unlike other competing Japanese dealerships). I understand that as a salesman he has to try to up-sell me some things, but when I declined on all of the up-sells, Mike didnt push back at all. That is awesome.
