For some personal reason, I had to split our time, starting the process in the morning and coming back late in the afternoon which made him have to stay later than normal. He was extremely patient and I felt bad that he had to stay longer but he was extremely understanding and took his time making sure everything was handled correctly and professionally. I already had an Idea what I was looking when shopping around various dealerships, so Mike's low-pressure and relaxed attitude was much appreciated. I made it very clear in the beginning that I didnt care around various dealerships, so Mike's low-pressure and relaxed attitude was much appreciated. I made it very clear in the beginning that I didnt care about all of the extra bells and whistles, and he showed me the OTD price without issue (unlike other competing Japanese dealerships). I understand that as a salesman he has to try to up-sell me some things, but when I declined on all of the up-sells, Mike didnt push back at all. That is awesome.
