After purchasing a used car from Vann York I received 2 key fobs. After delivery I tried to use the second one and it does not work! I was told to get a battery; which I did but still won’t work. So I text key fobs. After delivery I tried to use the second one and it does not work! I was told to get a battery; which I did but still won’t work. So I text the salesperson; Mr Mike Reid and he texts back and says the second fob was a gift and if it doesn’t work they won’t stand behind it. If this dealership gives out gifts that don’t work I can’t wait to see how my car works after a few weeks! Probably works the same as the fob; but wait ….I’m sure that was a gift also for $24,000 out of my pocket! Very poor dealership if they won’t stand behind their sales! If you give a customer 2 key fobs they should both work! Oh and they said they don’t try out the fobs to see if they work?? That’s a good one because how do they know the vehicle works at all?? Will never recommend this dealership when they don’t stand behind the equipment sold with vehicle when it stated 2 keys in advertisement! More
