I've been going to this dealer for a few years for service now. I purchased a pre-owned car from them and while getting it serviced was told the battery needed to be replaced. I was told the battery is a wear & tear item, so I'd have to purchase a new one. My issue was why is this battery only good for less than 2 years off of a certified vehicle?
