Took my QX60 in for a fix only the dealer could do. They found another issue and I was told about an hour before closing. I was not given a time line for when it would be available. When I called on Sa They found another issue and I was told about an hour before closing. I was not given a time line for when it would be available. When I called on Saturday I was told I should have known it wouldn't be ready before Monday. After picking up my car, I noticed there was a crack (circular) about the size of a silver dollar, on the drivers side. When I contacted the dealership I was told they weren't responsible. I have left 2 messages for the repair department manager and have heard nothing. After dealing with this dealership, I don't ever want to buy another Infiniti! More

We had a "check engine" light come on and called Coulter right away. They were able to get it in the next day and assessed it that afternoon. Mike Rios from their service dept stepped me through everything right away. They were able to get it in the next day and assessed it that afternoon.
