I have no issue with the Service Dept. , all of the people there are professional. However they recently raised their prices. How can you charge $120 for an oil change, and that is without , all of the people there are professional. However they recently raised their prices. How can you charge $120 for an oil change, and that is without a tire rotation. I had a $20 coupon from GM towards an oil change. I was told it would cost more if I used the coupon, which made no sense. They now charge a fee if you use a credit card, which they never did before. I'll have to rethink going back there for service. I've leased at least six cars from there. There is new ownership at this dealership, which might explain the increase in prices. Not the same dealership any more. More

My family has purchased several new vehicles from Hawthorne Chevrolet in the years past and have always had the vehicles serviced at the dealership. My initial service writer was STEVE KOCHAN, who is Hawthorne Chevrolet in the years past and have always had the vehicles serviced at the dealership. My initial service writer was STEVE KOCHAN, who is now the service manager at the dealership. Steve was always on the top of his game with good advice pertaining to my vehicle service. Upon Steve becoming the service manager, I have used Mike Rivera as my service writer. Mike has followed in Steve’s footsteps and assisted me with all my service needs . The service department is essential to making the dealership what it is today. Any dealership can sell vehicles. The service department is the key to having your vehicle running properly!!!! More

We have been going to Hawthorne Chevy for years and JR has always worked his magic to get us the deal we need. He always goes to bat for us and gets everything we asked for.
