Bought an oil change package, but didn't use them all before buying a new vehicle. Didnt realize it was non transferable. They gave me a free oil change to make up for it. My key fob battery was low and I asked how to change it. The service person showed me how. When he brought me my keys and bill, he said they changed battery for free! The owner was there one time when my autistic son was with me and he told him to go pick out a hat to keep. Son was thrilled and wore it until he wore it out. More
