My husband and I walked onto Columbiana CDJR on Friday 12-22-23 in hopes of finding my next suv. Quickly, Big Mike greeted us and got to work on narrowing my features down to 1 vehicle that was located on 12-22-23 in hopes of finding my next suv. Quickly, Big Mike greeted us and got to work on narrowing my features down to 1 vehicle that was located on their lot. I was being very particular and wanted bucket seats for my 2nd row and unfortunately the auto that was on lot did not offer this feature. Big Mike offered to sit down and review what the lease terms could possibly look like so I entertained the conversation. I told Big Mike what I was willing to apply as a down payment and what my monthly payment budget would need to be. Big Mike quickly got to work with Finance Manager, Thomas who were able to provide me with an amazing deal. However, I was still stuck on the fact that I was not getting my bucket seats as I originally planned and Big Mike and Thomas explained how their dealerships customer service and relationships with other dealerships could possibly help. The guys quickly located another Jeep that was 61 miles away that provided ALL my requested features and within my price. Within 30 minutes the guys had contacted the other dealership, confirmed that they could pick-up the Jeep before close of day and had my lease agreement terms drafted. My husband and I left the dealership after 4 hours feeling 100% happy with the amazing service we received and the high priority of customer care that Columbiana CDJR provided. We were that the Jeep would be ready for pick-up by 9:30am the next morning. We arrived back at the dealership the following day at 9:20am knowing we were a little early we thought we would simply wait on the staff. But to our surprise Big Mike immediately greeted us and walked us to the showroom so we could view the Jeep that they personally ran after and brought to their dealership just for us the night before. The car detailer had already prepared the Jeep making sure it was clean and ready to be released to us. Once we inspected the Jeep, Finance Manager, Jason took over the process and secured me a Tier 1 rating helping me to stay on budget with my new lease. Jason did a fabulous job reviewing all documentation and keeping the conversation jolly. Between seeing the staff literally scramble and run at my requests amazed me. Never have I ever received such astounding service from a dealership. To secure a vehicle from another lot and be able to process the lease documents all within 24 hours. Thank you for making what I find to be a tiresome process actually enjoyable. I for once am very happy with my vehicle transaction and look forward to working with Columbiana CDJR in the future for our families needs. More
