Not only does Mike ensure my vehicles are properly maintained, he keeps me informed at all times, ensuring me on the cost of the repair before moving forward. I've know Mike for 15yrs even then as a E-4 in the military he was honest never overwhelmed me with some cost that was outside my budget. Now I'm retired from the military and my trust has grown to more of a family level for Mike. Mike treats me as if my vehicle was brand new. Never once making me feel less important because I'm not pulling into the bay with the latest cadillac model. I truly believe Mike should be promoted to where he has even a greater impact on customers. Just recently i found out Bravo can service corvettes, no more missions Chevrolet for me. I promise you Mission cant even come close to the quality of service and professionalism you'll receive at Bravo. Bravo even provides a loaner while your vehicle is being serviced when available. What I love best, sometimes I'm not able to drop of one of my vehicles so I'm able to send my wife. Mike never once made her feel lost nor uncomfortable. Mike breaks everything down for her even showing her using a mechanic to illustrate axactly what's the problem. If you think your family's safety is important and wont all repairs done right with oem parts and warranty, well Bravo is the place.

I'd like to add I'm no spokesman for Bravo Cadillac. Just an extremely pleased customer. Anyone can check my file they'll also see I used Bravo for a complete paint job for my Hummer H3 and lots of custom after market very expensive upgrades for my Hummer H2. I needed both vehicles done right the first time. So I took my Hummers to the people who are honest, always stand strong by the warranty they provide. Thank you Mike and the Mechanic who installed the new Engine on my wife's Hummer H3x. The paint job, windshield brakes etc. You and the entire Bravo team allows us to feel proud and everyone says, her Vehicle look beautiful. My H2 you guys helped capture the look I was after. Have anyone ever noticed Bravo doesn't advertise their service dept on TV. They don't need to because pleased customers ensure the get all the publicity they need. Mike my border
patrol friend went to Bravo taking his 2018 Camaro only after he saw what an outstanding quality job your team did on our H3. He alway had an engine installed on a sports car!! Again I put my name out there because I know Bravo will deliver and they did. My friend is so pleased he still thanks me for recommending him to go ask for Mike Rodriguez at Bravo Cadillac. Bravo owner I hope you read this. Thank you for ensuring you hiring only the best with what counts must to us customers most, quality work and people with integrity, honesty and truly respect, we the customer truly respect and appreciate you all at Bravo. I would certainly be willing to speak to someone. I love this dealership because everyone is always wonderful and so freindly and its like 5 feet from Fort Bliss. I don't want to find another place to go because i felt like i had already found "MY PLACE" and honestly i have never seen any of the people i dealt with that day before all the remodeling started. The service department has moved to the used car lot side and thats kinda how it felt, like i was a used car that no one cared about anymore.
Great customer service always on point.
