We bought a certified used car from them and it was eating oil from the minute we bought it. It took a year but the service department was able to get us a new engine at no cost from Subaru. There were eating oil from the minute we bought it. It took a year but the service department was able to get us a new engine at no cost from Subaru. There were tears in the seat when we bought the car that were supposed to be fixed at no cost. I couldn't take it back in quickly because my wife had a child and now they refuse to fix the seat and told me I have to start a complaint with Subaru of America. The service center is great. I'll not comment on the used car dealers. More
