I had such a great experience buying my car here! Hakim was beyond awesome! He was super friendly, helpful, and really made me feel comfortable. I recently purchased a 2026 Mercedes GLC43 and had a fantastic experience. I worked with Danny Feagans on the purchase and found him to be very knowledgeable and incredibly attentive to my needs in fin fantastic experience. Unfortunately, they did not have the right car for me on their lot, but Danny worked tirelessly to locate one and ensure it was transported to Richmond for me as quickly as possible. Danny was very responsive and kept me informed every step of the way. The only slight delay was waiting for it to make it through the port from Germany. Danny has stayed in touch with me following the transaction to ensure my satisfaction. I would highly recommend the dealership and Danny Feagans if you are in the market for a vehicle! More

Steve took very very good care of me! he not only earned my trust right away, he made me feel like I am a member of the MB family there at Mercado. I recently lost my husband to cancer he not only earned my trust right away, he made me feel like I am a member of the MB family there at Mercado. I recently lost my husband to cancer and have such a hard time catching up- but Steve and the service team really went above and beyond to make me feel caught up and ready to go. It’s first time for me and its Very bad customer service, no feedback and no internal communication between team working inside the same branch. I dropped off my car in service center Friday night for B1 ser no feedback and no internal communication between team working inside the same branch. I dropped off my car in service center Friday night for B1 service and in Saturday morning no feedback I called service center at 10:00 am to check what happen they leave message for internal service team to call me but no one called me, after that I went to branch and service closed at 2:00 pm and no one inside branch know what happen in car and I have to wait until Monday morning. More
