It’s first time for me and its Very bad customer service, no feedback and no internal communication between team working inside the same branch. I dropped off my car in service center Friday night for B1 ser no feedback and no internal communication between team working inside the same branch. I dropped off my car in service center Friday night for B1 service and in Saturday morning no feedback I called service center at 10:00 am to check what happen they leave message for internal service team to call me but no one called me, after that I went to branch and service closed at 2:00 pm and no one inside branch know what happen in car and I have to wait until Monday morning.
