Mr. Mason, I'm sorry you we're not satisfied with your experience but please understand your statement on the survey is not accurate at all. I reviewed your deal and you received a discount on the MSRP price, and also a $1500 over-allowance on your trade value. Our records indicate you negotiated quite a bit on the deal and the sales manager made adjustments in your favor of $1702 in price and also included a $1000 leather added at no extra cost, so your total discount was $2702, not zero as you indicated in your review. Once again, I'm sorry your perception was that you didn't get a discount but you should know that's simply not true. Thanks for the response, Jason. After reading your message I compared your numbers to my actual sales contract and the figures don’t match. I paid $1299 for the leather. I had also asked for a sunroof to be installed and was told “we don’t do that” so I went to the vendor that Steve Rayman uses and they are installing for me. Would have been convenient to have just rolled that into the cost just like the leather I am paying for.
