Excellent customer service. Javier and Mauricio, they were very helpful all the time. As it was my first time buying a car, they understand my concerns about the process and Javier and Mauricio, they were very helpful all the time. As it was my first time buying a car, they understand my concerns about the process and they answered all my questions. They were open to trying different communication channels (call, text, and email), based on my convenience. Javier showed an extra effort to communicate with me in my mother's though (Spanish), even if that was difficult for him. He did it very well. Micke was very clear at the moment to sign up the contract. All the explanations and details of the contract were explained simply, creating a confident environment. In general, I got a great experience. More

Javier was the sales person who helped me and he went above and beyond for getting me all the necessary info I requested before pulling the trigger. He was courteous enough to drop and pick me up from my bank that was 6mins away. Will definitely do business with them again! More
