Very friendly staff from the sales team to the finance team. Everyone was very personable, nice, and willing to go the extra mile to make a deal that benefited both parties. Even after noticing some errors with paperwork, the team was friendly and straightforward in getting the issue corrected. You hear lots of horror stories about National City car dealers and "mom and pop" places like this, but these guys are good and I would absolutely purchase another car from them next time I'm in the market.
