As it was my first time buying a car, they understand my concerns about the process and Javier and Mauricio, they were very helpful all the time. They were open to trying different communication channels (call, text, and email), based on my convenience. Javier showed an extra effort to communicate with me in my mother's though (Spanish), even if that was difficult for him. He did it very well.
