Only could get appointment for 2 weeks out. The appt was for 3:30pm and they took my car back at 5:17pm? There is a major problem. When you make an appt. it’s always a two hour wait. Fact, doesn’t take tha for 3:30pm and they took my car back at 5:17pm? There is a major problem. When you make an appt. it’s always a two hour wait. Fact, doesn’t take that long to change the oil. I love my car but service, not at all! Not the service guys fault. More

I was a customer of Pat Southy for years, until he retired. I asked him for his advice on who I should use as my Service Representative, and without hesitation, he told me the best one was Michael San retired. I asked him for his advice on who I should use as my Service Representative, and without hesitation, he told me the best one was Michael Sandelin. I have been using Mike Sandelin for several years now, and he is the best! I can tell you what he is by telling you what he is not. He is not obnoxious, he doesn't try to upsell me every time I go to the dealer, and he is never unpleasant. What he is is conscientious to do a good job, be friendly and remember me. He remembers me when he sees me, but also remembers my name and the cars I bring in for service and what I like. I couldn't ask for a better service representative. More

We had both of our 2018 Toyota Highlanders in to have some factory recall work done and we went ahead and had our 24 month services done as well. From scheduling to drop off and pick up Laura LeClerc did some factory recall work done and we went ahead and had our 24 month services done as well. From scheduling to drop off and pick up Laura LeClerc did a fantastic job! Calvin Peterson in the Rental Department also did a great job start to finish. As always Mike Sandlin did his typical top notch work to fill in over a weekend! Trust this dealer service department to do the right thing! I’ve depended on Mike Sandelin to keep my 1997 4Runner running for years. Recently experienced some rather serious issues after 238,000 miles. It was I’ve depended on Mike Sandelin to keep my 1997 4Runner running for years. Recently experienced some rather serious issues after 238,000 miles. It was a rather expensive service call, but the engine now sounds like it did the day I bought it. I figure it’s good for another 100,000 miles. More
