I have a 1997 4 Runner with 247,000 miles on it. I’ve always depended on Mike Sandelin and the skilled technicians at Arlington Toyota to keep it running in tip top shape. Latest problem was an odd noise always depended on Mike Sandelin and the skilled technicians at Arlington Toyota to keep it running in tip top shape. Latest problem was an odd noise coming from the engine. I figured it was on its last leg. Mike’s technician Poppy figured out it was the fan clutch locking up. Fixed and the engine sounds like it did the day I bought it. Cost to fix amounted to about one car payment. I can live with that! More

The service department is superb…they address the needs of my vehicle and do the job right the first time…this past week I had an oil change done…Mike noticed that my 4Runner was not serviced in quite some of my vehicle and do the job right the first time…this past week I had an oil change done…Mike noticed that my 4Runner was not serviced in quite sometime…he advised me that he would rotate the tires and check the brakes for wear. He had the vehicle checked over for issues…none were found. This Vehicle has been serviced by Arlington Toyota for over 20 years;; it has over 125000 and runs great. I attribute the TRUCK’s outstanding performance to the service it gets at this dealership…thank you Mike for keeping me and my family safe. More
