My visit to Valley Motors service department Of course Mike Schmidt is the best but I have to say Donovan greeted me by name when I took my car in..was very efficient in getting me set up and to Of course Mike Schmidt is the best but I have to say Donovan greeted me by name when I took my car in..was very efficient in getting me set up and to work by 7:30 am...I am very pleased and impressed with the customer service..and it is very pleasant and courteous dealing with Valley Motors Service Dept. we were impressed Donovan was great about getting our car in with the right service person and kept us informed about the service that was needed. Mike our service technician, did a great job tracking down the problem with our alarm on the car, and so far we couldn't be more pleased with the results. Thanks guys!!! More

Everyone I came in contact with made me feel like I had their full attention. Paul, Sales, even came to the house to help me set-up the garage door opener. My dad and I both bought a new Mercedes. My dad experienced a punctured tire while driving I-5 and he dealership provided a new tire and put it on the car for him. Totally unexpected and so appreciated. Paul is just awesome! More
