My visit to Valley Motors service department Of course Mike Schmidt is the best but I have to say Donovan greeted me by name when I took my car in..was very efficient in getting me set up and to Of course Mike Schmidt is the best but I have to say Donovan greeted me by name when I took my car in..was very efficient in getting me set up and to work by 7:30 am...I am very pleased and impressed with the customer service..and it is very pleasant and courteous dealing with Valley Motors Service Dept. Everyone I came in contact with made me feel like I had their full attention. Paul, Sales, even came to the house to help me set-up the garage door opener. My dad and I both bought a new Mercedes. My dad experienced a punctured tire while driving I-5 and he dealership provided a new tire and put it on the car for him. Totally unexpected and so appreciated. Paul is just awesome! More
