I have noticed that at times the service managers are a little kurt, but it can be stressful at times with everybody wanting their car serviced. Rich, even though he's busy, has always been polite and very knowledgable about cars and what we should do. He's very good!!! More

The showroom and surroundings is always clean and bright and everyone who works there is courteous and helpful. They have always asked the pertinent questions to assist me in making an informed decision in my vehicle buying, whether it was a truck or a Corvette. The staff has always been knowledgeable about the vehicles and the dealership has always been well stocked. Financing has always been quick and painless with care taken to explain the various options available. Service has always been easy to schedule and we even receive occasional calls for service reminders on our vehicles. I have shopped at other dealerships, but I always find myself coming back to Casey Chevrolet and renewing that level of trust that is hard to find elsewhere. More

Happy honda camper I was shopping for a gmc.acadia or honda pilot. The pilot was my 1st choice and the lot I stopped in didn't have either. I meet Donald d. King in the I was shopping for a gmc.acadia or honda pilot. The pilot was my 1st choice and the lot I stopped in didn't have either. I meet Donald d. King in the lot and we walked and he listened to what I was looking for and he didn't have one at his location. He shopped his other Casey lots and found a pilot that had been reduced and was 2015 ,3 years newer than I was looking at. He took us to that dealer lot and handed me the keys and said see you back at 1st lot when you get there. I had a budget I was staying in and This pilot had almost everything I wanted with the benefit of being just 2 years old. This pilot was listed as a great deal by the internet sites and based on other dealers I had to agree. They gave me a very fair trade and found a financing rate better than my bank. Donald King was great and his sales manager worked to make the deal happen. I can say I would recommend this Casey group to anyone looking to buy or trade a vehicle. They are straight up about everything ,no lies, no B.S.,no bate and switching.For me this was a great transparent deal. This dealership and it's employees for me were honest , clear, and delivered on what they said. I drove away happy satisfied , NO BUYERS REMORSE HERE. More

Beware On Labor Day of this year, 9/4/2017, I purchased a "Certified" used vehicle from the Casey Chevrolet Used lot on J Clyde Morris in Newport News, Virgi On Labor Day of this year, 9/4/2017, I purchased a "Certified" used vehicle from the Casey Chevrolet Used lot on J Clyde Morris in Newport News, Virginia. All went somewhat well, although hurried to complete the purchase, but, it was a Holiday and I'm sure folks wanted to get home to their families for same. The deal was done, financing in place, papers signed for same (by all parties), and items to be provided after purchase such as the spare key, owners manual, and other would be found where stored, and provided after the Holiday. Here is the lesson learned as it played out after the signed sale completion on 9/4/2017, hence, "Beware". In no order or importance. 1. Got in the vehicle to leave the lot after purchase, 1/4 tank of gas in place. 2. Vehicle wiped down, not cleaned prior to delivery as requested. 3. Noticed next day on the finance papers after signing (my oversight), I had been charged for a "Extended" warranty which I did not ask for. The Dealership offers a 2 Year basic warranty which I was going to rely on and make use of. Called dealership on 9/5/2017 to ask inquire on such. 4. Returned to the dealership on 9/8/2017 to pick up extra key and ask about the "Extended" warranty I had been charged for without asking for, and was confronted with the surprise that my "signed" by all parties financing paperwork from the original sale on 9/4/2017, had changed to a different APR% rate changing such financing , and the spare key, and owners manual were of no worry to them. 5. The dealership offers a 3 day return of vehicle policy after sale, however, I could not get a phone call or email back until the 4th day. I post this as a tool to help others deal with what can be expected at this dealership. More
