My experience working with the team at Liccardi Chrysler Dodge Mitsubishi was superb. I went to the dealership as a result of a vehicle I saw online that caught my attention. From the initial inquiry from Peggy the Internet sales representative who also shares my grandmother’s name, I felt like I was going to have a good experience. And indeed I did. My sales representative was Mike Siminske, who was amazing! He not only made sure my brother and I were comfortable with the test drive, he addressed my questions and helped to put me at ease. While I was very particular about the financing company I desired to be with, Mike helped me become comfortable with exploring options beyond the one company just in case. He and his finance team listened to my concerns, and it ended up that I was approved for financing with my preferred lender. I have been without a car since 2017 because I wanted to save my money for the purchase of my home. Now that I have bought the house, I need a car. By God’s grace and Mike and the team at Liccaridi, I am happy to be back on the road again! I cannot thank Mike & the team enough!
