Hello and thanks for taking the time to read my reviews! My name is Mike Simon and I am the Internet Sales Consultant for Pointe Buick GMC. I'm a graduate of Drexel University and I have the utmost passion and respect for the automotive industry. I began my career in this industry in January of 2014 but I've been around automobiles for as long as I can remember from maintenance repairs on my own vehicles to detailing friends and family vehicles in my parent's driveway. I understand the value of great customer service and how that relates to shopping for a new vehicle. I also know that the shopping and buying process can be time consuming and it is my #1 goal to ensure that our customers are selecting the perfect vehicle that fulfills their wants and needs. No pressure. Easy and professional Mike was very professional and made it easy to get the details completed. He offered to deliver the license plate and take the car in for service whe Mike was very professional and made it easy to get the details completed. New 2017 Gmc Sierra After....Merica... Thank you to my old pal Michael Simon...pointe buick gmc... We ve known each other for over 20 years....used to wash dishes at C After....Merica... Thank you to my old pal Michael Simon...pointe buick gmc... We ve known each other for over 20 years....used to wash dishes at Cokesburry Village. He has always been a stand up awesome person and has not changed a bit. I drove my truck for 11 years and 172,000 miles. It became time. Mike found the perfect truck...perfect color...added custom accesories...gave me top dollar for my old truck...left out all bs...and made this experience wonderful. In addition, delivered my registration to my door 1 week later so I could put my 4 digit tag which was my Grandfather's back on my truck. Thank you! More
