Let me start off by saying that Phil Esposito was wonderful to work with, nice guy and down to earth. Sales management on the other hand not so much. Finance told me in order to qualify the bank made them "lower the price by 2k" sounds more like the advertised price was higher than it should have been to begin with. For a dealer that claims to work with capitol one directly, they wouldn't even finance me at the price and apr I was quoted by them before coming into the dealer, I take it was because between the price difference and fees it was out of the original pre qualification agreement. Overall I should have paid somewhere between 19k and ended spending almost 23. I ended up paying almost 4k more than I anticipated. Hidden fees and other things aside I wouldnt recommend this dealership going foward More
