Underhanded I had stopped taking my Rogue to this place for service because their customer service is atrocious and I am still peeved that they did a bait-and-swi I had stopped taking my Rogue to this place for service because their customer service is atrocious and I am still peeved that they did a bait-and-switch con job when I bought the vehicle. But the fob started to work intermittently so I needed to go to the dealer. The vehicle needed an oil change, too. Unbelievably, they told me the fob batteries usually die within two years. I had a Honda for ten years and a Chevy for seven years and the fob batteries never died. The service guy told me I needed new tires and flushes of three lines and gave me a price around $1500. Since it had almost 40k miles, I wasn't too surprised, but the guy never said these were suggested, recommended, or could be done another time. He just assumed they were going to do all that work that day. I suffer from several mental conditions and must avoid any kind of confrontation. I agreed to the work. They offered me a ride home and said it would be ten minutes before the driver arrived. It turned out to be 30 minutes and when I complained they said they didn't know when the driver was going to come back. So, they lied to me. My husband was concerned about all the work being done. When we went to pick up the vehicle, the price was now $250 more because they hadn't included the tax. My husband spoke to the service manager and complained that they had taken advantage of me and never should have assumed the work was going to be done immediately by them. The manager knocked several hundred dollars off of the bill, which I appreciate. However, I would much rather have had a good experience and pay the full price rather than being treated like a gullible sucker. Frankly, if I had the option I would have gone to the Warren Tire around the corner from our house where I trust the service people. More

Service day I was there for my 12::00 appointment and told Justin my concerns. He listened and asked questions to be sure he got it all. Justin then called for the van to take me home as I told him to take their time, had nowhere to be that day. Later afternoon when Justin called me he explained everything they found and did and sent the van back to get me. Upon my arrival, Justin went back over everything and showed me things I was curious about like the key. It was a wonderful experience. More
