Hey there, my name is Marc and I am the Business Development Manager at Wally's Nissan of Latham. I've been in the business for over 6 years, and there's nothing that I don't love about it. I have an extensive background in hospitality, love to meet new people, and make connections that last. I am a laugh junky and as corny as they come! Tried to buy my lease and dealer didn’t want to help because there was “nothing in it for them” and it would “tie up their staff” even though I was the only customer in the showroom. They failed to see because there was “nothing in it for them” and it would “tie up their staff” even though I was the only customer in the showroom. They failed to see this was my second consecutive lease and I wasn’t servicing with dealerships. Short sighted. They pushed me to Nissan to buy out my lease directly even though Nissan had pushed me to the dealer. It got worse from there because we found out my title had been issued incorrectly after I moved from one state to another. The dealer again refused to help with the purchase, this time citing risk of fines from the state, but advised me they’d be happy to purchase my car directly. It shows that all they care about is profit. Cars like mine with less features are priced over $29000 and they wanted me to sell to them for $23000. It comes from the top of the organization. Look at reviews of Wally’s businesses, especially Ford. I would RUN from Wally’s organization. More
