The staff was friendly enough and the car buying process was quick enough. I do trust that the car I bought is in the shape they say it is and I like the limited warranty. I only take one star away because was quick enough. I do trust that the car I bought is in the shape they say it is and I like the limited warranty. I only take one star away because I felt a little too pressured to buy the extended warranty. I’m an informed buyer and I know what I’m going to agree to before I even enter a dealership. So I got a little irritated when I said no to the extended warranty and was pressured endlessly until I bluntly said there’s no way I’m adding any extras on. I get that they need to pitch these things and it’s expected, but I want to be respected the first time I say no I’m not interested. It got to a point that if he pushed further I would have backed completely out. I would still recommend the team overall. Just be informed and if the warranty is for you, that’s great. If it’s not, be prepared to be firm about it. More

Mike was the best, even though it wasn't what I wanted he directed me toward a vehicle I am in love with and was able to include a warranty for the price I wanted.
