I left Mercedes after 20 years Summer of 2019 I went to Capistrano VW to see a used Mercedes ML350. I met Mike who was an awesome car specialist. I did not purchase the ML but while Summer of 2019 I went to Capistrano VW to see a used Mercedes ML350. I met Mike who was an awesome car specialist. I did not purchase the ML but while I was visiting Mike told me about the smaller Atlas that was coming out in 2020, I continued my search and nothing seemed to come together. A few weeks ago on a Saturday night I got an email for another car company and went to see if the Atlas sport had come out, the next day Sunday July 12th 2020 I made the decision to move to an Atlas and made my purchase. Mike was a pleasure to work with and Nick the manager went out of his way to stick to my very ridged goal to purchase and not lease. We still had to go down to the dealership to finalize everything and Mike came in on his day off to make sure everything was taken care of. Mike even spent at least an hour showing my wife all of the many "bells & whistles" of the new car and seemed happy to do so.
