Miguel was amazing! I don't think if it wasn't for Miguel, I would not be writing this experience. Now I had worked with someone else before, and he provided me decent service that prompted me to visit this dealer again for a car service. I had an extensive list of needed repairs and Miguel helped me through it all. I was not too fond of the price, but with a whole needed windshield reservoir & bumper replacement, I needed to trust my car with only the dealer. Miguel helped me with at least making sure that he can provide me the best price he can manage to. He constantly checked in with me and was patient with me, I work and can not always answer the phone. But he made sure to keep me informed and do what he can to get me the best customer service I needed. He was beyond excellent! More
