I had written a review on Lima Auto Mall and Mike Tanguay in February 2013 when I had a great experience in buying my Tahoe and nothing has changed. Another great experience, again! I was asking a lot in a car with limited budget and they continue to deliver. They had taken a 2011 Cruze Eco in trade and knew it would be a great car for a new driver and they made it fit within our budget. They performed a thorough inspection and detailed the car prior to our test drive. They took all the work and stress out of buying a car. All I did was make a call and let them know what I was looking for and they just called me when one came available. I would definitely recommend Lima Auto Mall to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car. More

I had been searching for a one year old low mileage car for several weeks and I found it on Autotrader at Lima Auto Mall. The price for the car with the options and mileage on the car were the best in a 500 mile search area that I was looking at. Mike took all the time necessary to fully explain the features of the car and made sure I was comfortable and had no questions prior to me departing with the car. False statement I bought a 2012 Sonic and my wife bought a 2013 Equinox on the same day from them. Well now that "easily replaceable" sensor is costing me over 1,000 dollars. We bought our vehicles brand new from them and now I am out 1,000 dollars because they told me "its no big issue". Well it IS an issue. More
