I had written a review on Lima Auto Mall and Mike Tanguay in February 2013 when I had a great experience in buying my Tahoe and nothing has changed. Another great experience, again! I was asking a lot in a car with limited budget and they continue to deliver. They had taken a 2011 Cruze Eco in trade and knew it would be a great car for a new driver and they made it fit within our budget. They performed a thorough inspection and detailed the car prior to our test drive. They took all the work and stress out of buying a car. All I did was make a call and let them know what I was looking for and they just called me when one came available. I would definitely recommend Lima Auto Mall to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car. More

I had been searching for a one year old low mileage car for several weeks and I found it on Autotrader at Lima Auto Mall. The price for the car with the options and mileage on the car were the best in a 500 mile search area that I was looking at. Mike took all the time necessary to fully explain the features of the car and made sure I was comfortable and had no questions prior to me departing with the car. False statement I bought a 2012 Sonic and my wife bought a 2013 Equinox on the same day from them. The sonic had an airbag light on and I was told just take it to a dealer and they can easily replace the sensor (because they were closing). Well now that "easily replaceable" sensor is costing me over 1,000 dollars. We bought our vehicles brand new from them and now I am out 1,000 dollars because they told me "its no big issue". Well it IS an issue. More
