My family has a long history of buying vehicles at Lima Auto Mall and dealing with Mike Tanguay. I personally had not purchased a car in ten years and yes ten years ago that sales person was Mike. It is Auto Mall and dealing with Mike Tanguay. I personally had not purchased a car in ten years and yes ten years ago that sales person was Mike. It is very nice to deal with a sales person who has been with the same company and not a salesman that jumps from dealership to dealership. I know if I have any problems I can go back and that person that sold me the vehicle will be there to do their best to fix it. I was very unsure of the type of vehicle I wanted and after several visits to the dealership and many test drives I finally made a decision. Mike was very patient and honest with me throughout the whole process. When it came down to actually doing all the paper work, Mike and his finance team took the time and explained everything thoroughly and made me feel confident that I made the right decision.
