I recently bought a certified preowned truck from Royal Moore Toyota, but unfortunately, it ended up having an unexpected issue. Buying used can sometimes be stressful, but the team here completely restore Moore Toyota, but unfortunately, it ended up having an unexpected issue. Buying used can sometimes be stressful, but the team here completely restored my peace of mind. They diagnosed the mysterious problem and stepped up by repairing it at absolutely no cost to me. It is so refreshing to work with a dealership that genuinely stands behind the vehicles they sell and treats their customers right. They turned a potentially frustrating situation into a completely painless experience. I couldn't be happier with how I was treated, and I will definitely be a loyal customer from here on out. Highly recommended! More

I wholeheartedly would recommend Royal Moore Toyota to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle; they have earned FIVE STARS from me again! Mike Taylor, Nick Oliveria, Kadin Harrison, and others in ser anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle; they have earned FIVE STARS from me again! Mike Taylor, Nick Oliveria, Kadin Harrison, and others in service; Axel in the tech service area and the folks in the car rental area are very helpful and go out of their way to really take care of you every time you come in. This time a service supervisor Ben Norris went really above and beyond and found a solution to my tricky situation. He was incredibly patient, listened, shared ideas and ultimately helped to create a very loyal customer. I will continue to share all my positive experiences with Royal Moore Toyota with family and friends in the area. It feels like good customer service is hard to come by, but now here. It is for all these reasons why I continue to bring my Toyota Prime car each time to Royal Moore Toyota for service and some day, I’ll trade this car for another Toyota here. FIVE STARS CUSTOMER SERVICE and FIVE STARS CUSTOMER SATISFACTIONS. All these folks rock!!! More
