This time a service supervisor Ben Norris went really above and beyond and found a solution to my tricky situation. He was incredibly patient, listened, shared ideas and ultimately helped to create a very loyal customer. I will continue to share all my positive experiences with Royal Moore Toyota with family and friends in the area. It feels like good customer service is hard to come by, but now here.
