I worked for almost 15 years at another store and love where I am now at Southbank Dodge. I've met so many nice people over the years and have made many friends. I get to visit each time they come in for an oil change or service. It's our job to make it a smooth transition into the vehicle a client wants. Customer service extends far beyond the sale of a car. Be honest with people. And expect it too. I love the outdoors. I love nature. Family comes first. Take care of your four basic needs. Mental , physical, Emotional and Spiritual !

New truck purchase it was a very relaxing no pressure purchase. I dealt with a great guy Mike Thomas,very down to earth person. I told him what is was looking for and he found the truck I wanted. Nothing more nothing less if you are looking for a Chrysler/dodge product I recommend you ask for Mike Thomas. Another person who was very helpful was Bruce Cameron he brought the deal together. They are a great team. I recommend you speak to these gentlemen you will not be disappointed. Doug More

Easy purchase - not a lot of fuss We came looking for a car with a price point and usage (mileage) in mind. Mike honed in on the Ford Focus that we ultimately bought right away. INTRO TO FLEET After more than 30 years in business, all it took was one phone call to Mike Thomas at Southbank Dodge to convince me to visit the dealership to discu After more than 30 years in business, all it took was one phone call to Mike Thomas at Southbank Dodge to convince me to visit the dealership to discuss gaining my business as a fleet customer. Mike not only educated me as to the opportunities that exist under the fleet banner, but really went to bat for my business to make sure we got the best deal on the vehicle we needed...in this case a Dodge ProMaster 3500 high top. There was no better deal to be had anywhere...by a long shot. Putting aside the fact that I got the deal I wanted, Mike is in all honesty a truly genuine person with a great sense of humour. And while I'm gushing here I'll give a shout out to Paul Curry on the finance side of things as well. Good teamwork! More
