Needing to replace this car quickly, I looked online to see what deals were available at Hagerstown Honda. A nice CRV caught our attention. We went to the lot where Mike Todd approached me and my wife. He answered our questions and offered for us to test drive it. When we returned to the lot, a Civic caught our eye, so Todd arranged for us to test drive that next. We were "sold" on the Civic and started the purchasing process. Mike was great through the entire process ... patient, knowledgeable, and he had a great sense of humor. We would highly recommend him. More

I know have a wonderful car that will last me for a long time. In driving the car I have found a few problems. I inserted a cd and it wouldn't accept it, and it also scratch my cd significantly. Also one of my front lights is hanging loose and shines through the grill of the car. Also the fuse box cover under the steering wheel is missing... This has nothing to do with the salesperson I dealt with, he was wonderful and always made sure I understood everything as a first time buyer. This issue more has to do with whoever /serviced the vehicle... More
