Mike Treas has always been great to work with. Polite and respectful to the customers. Gets the work completed on time and communicates in details of what exactly is being worked on. On another subject don't know why the processing of bills was pushed out to the service associates but it's not a great idea. You have multi customers waiting for information along with mechanics communicating with these services associates at the same time. Let the service associates service. \ More

Mike Trease, who is the lead service coordinator customer service skills, does not represent great customer service. Customer service skills involve great communication, respect, and patience. All of these service skills, does not represent great customer service. Customer service skills involve great communication, respect, and patience. All of these skills were not provided during my recent service. It’s unbelievable to have experience this treatment from the same person several times. As a person who has worked in customer service for 28 years, I would never raise my voice, lack patience, lack respect, and ignore the customers concern. Previously, I was asked that he be removed from my account as my service coordinator, which was overlooked during my recent visit. Upon requesting a new service coordinator I was informed that other customers have also complained about Mr. Trease. Fortunately, Mike Mateson, each time has taken care of me with respect and great customer service. If it wasn’t for his commitment and dedication to his customers, I would not recommend Ford Annapolis. More

I received two notifications of additional work that needed be done. I responded to both that the brake service and the tire replacement that was now being recommended had been accomplished with the qui needed be done.
