It looks like you are giving your service advisor double duty. He is now both a service advisor and a second rate cashier. Been dealing with Koons Ford since 2011. Mike Treas usually writes me up. It's nice to deal with someone who remembers who you are. It took a while to get everything resolved (Oil Change was ok, Steering column required tapping resources from a different dealership thanks Mike, and then a throttle body issue - 3 different events, one was ok, Steering column required tapping resources from a different dealership thanks Mike, and then a throttle body issue - 3 different events, one right after the other). But all was good in the end (except the cost of the steering column). More
