The service I had done was oil change. My appt was at 8:30am, but it was done til 11:15am. I was waiting in the lounge. I did have to ask the wonder nice lady in the lounge waiting area My appt was at 8:30am, but it was done til 11:15am. I was waiting in the lounge. I did have to ask the wonder nice lady in the lounge waiting area to find out how much longer til its done. No update from service only when it was done. The service on my car was great and they check everything on the list. They even rotated my tires also. No complaints on the work. Just a long wait time. More
