Finance nightmare Bad finance deal, did not like bank, rate or pay plan. Mac added extra fees that were not approved. Feel like I was taken advantage of & swindled. Had Bad finance deal, did not like bank, rate or pay plan. Mac added extra fees that were not approved. Feel like I was taken advantage of & swindled. Had to refinance at my own personal bank to get better rate & payment plan. Plus dealer had to rewrite contract excluding the extra charges. Terrible! More

He was extremely helpful answering our questions, responded in a timely manor, was very professional, friendly, and courteous with every phone call. Not only did he have Rick Garcia help us with financing, he even arranged for Mike Tudor deliver the car to our business so we did not have to take off work. Mike was very friendly, courteous, and helpful with explaining the paperwork and showing us all the new features of the Expedition. I would highly recommend these two employees as they made purchasing a new vehicle easy in every way. Because of them, we will definitely use Bozard Ford again. More
