Very disappointed So between myself, my family and friends we have bought 10 cars from this dealership. I have always have had a great experience here and always recomm So between myself, my family and friends we have bought 10 cars from this dealership. I have always have had a great experience here and always recommend them to anyone I know that is car shopping until today. Eric was our salesman and he was very nice and straight forward. Unfortunately the sales manager Matthew Tudor tried to pull a fast one on us. After leaving our first time we calculated a payment my husband and I could afford we called Eric and told him we were coming back to crunch some more numbers. Upon returning Eric had a piece of paper with a few numbers stating what the payment would be. Between what my husband calculated and what the sales manager was calculating was way off. We then asked for a break down of how Matthew was getting these # and when we looked at the paper Matthew had marked the up the vehicle $5000 over advertised price. At this point we were very upset because there was no explanation given from Eric of the price error and he didn't even offer to get us the corrected price. I am very saddened by this especially since my parents are personal friends with Bo Bozard. I will never shop here again or recommend this dealership which sucks because as previously stated this would have been our 11th purchase from them. More

We have never enjoyed buying a car until we went to Bozard... no pressure just had a blast looking and test driving...Not only did we buy one car but went back 3 months later and bought another..To us there is no another company that even comes close to how everyone treats you there... Ford itself should know this that Bozard can survive without Ford but Ford could never survive without Bozard. Best dealership experience I recently leased a new F150 from Bozard and cannot say enough about how great this dealership is. Ever single person I talked to was friendly, accomm I recently leased a new F150 from Bozard and cannot say enough about how great this dealership is. Ever single person I talked to was friendly, accommodating and very helpful. I was anticipating fending off up-sellers and enduring a 3-hour+ event when I was in-and-out in 45 minutes and simply presented with all the options I could choose and never felt like I was being pushed into something I did not want. I had a rental car to turn in and showed up 20 minutes later than anticipated and was personally escorted by a finance manger to Enterprise (which was now closed) and able to turn my car in. If you are looking for a Ford dealership in north Florida this is where you need to go. 5 stars all around! More
