While shopping and choosing between different models, colors, and options Mike was so helpful and extremely patient. Mike was very knowledgable and very informative about the Acura vehicles. Mike has been called to let us know he is just a phone call away if we need him to assist us in any way or teach us how to use some of the technology that we may not know how to use. Mike had our car all set up to our specifications and showed us how to use all the different technology and said he would be glad to give us a refresher course if we need a little extra help. We are so happy that we met Mike and are very happy with our purchase. We went back to Schaller a couple of times before deciding on the car we chose, and every time we went to the dealership if Mike was busy another associate would gladly step in to help and would make you feel very comfortable. After going out and researching and testing a bunch of cars, the ride of the MDX won me over and got me super excited all over again. Even after figuring out that we wanted the MDX, our shopping wasn't over....do we get a new one or a used one.....is this the dealership to buy with? So many decisions. If you are reading this review, you may be going through the same process. Let me save you the time. We settled on a new MDX, from this dealer based 100% on the service that we received. My sales consultant was James, however, we also spent some time with Mike. Both gentleman were awesome. They were knowledgable, and patient and kind. There are a ton of bells and whistles that come with these cars. Both guys spent a lot of time with me and my husband showing us how to work the car.....long before we signed any paperwork. Stop searching for the right dealership now. Everyone one we worked with, including the Brian who assisted with our financing was terrific. I am excited to to start working with this team- Hopefully the service crew is just as awesome. Hopefully James becomes a sales manager some day....He sure does deserve it! More
