While shopping and choosing between different models, colors, and options Mike was so helpful and extremely patient. Mike was very knowledgable and very informative about the Acura vehicles. Mike has been called to let us know he is just a phone call away if we need him to assist us in any way or teach us how to use some of the technology that we may not know how to use. Mike had our car all set up to our specifications and showed us how to use all the different technology and said he would be glad to give us a refresher course if we need a little extra help. We are so happy that we met Mike and are very happy with our purchase. We went back to Schaller a couple of times before deciding on the car we chose, and every time we went to the dealership if Mike was busy another associate would gladly step in to help and would make you feel very comfortable.
