From start to finish they were a pleasure to deal with. We had gone to another dealership closer to us and they had the car we wanted. When they gave us a price it was way out of whack and despite multiple We had gone to another dealership closer to us and they had the car we wanted. When they gave us a price it was way out of whack and despite multiple emails they never addressed how they arrived at that price and would not negotiate. I contacted Michael Uhlman by phone at Schaller Acura. I told him what we were looking for and he got back to me within the hour with great pricing. We went to see the exact same car we originally looked at but in a different color. We put down a deposit that day. After thinking it over I asked if there was any way they could find us the same color as I originally looked at. They located the vehicle and got it for us. The general manager, sales manager, credit manager, and of course our salesman Michael were extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I’ve purchased many cars in my day and this was by far the smoothest, most pleasant car buying experience I ever had. I highly recommend them to anyone considering purchasing a new vehicle.
