Not only did Mike come thru just as quickly and helpful he always has been but got me an incredible new car at an awesome price. He, and the staff, at Klaben have always been very friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and most of all understanding of any situation. It's really refreshing to deal with a sales man that actually cares. Mikes the best! More

I actually had no intention of purchasing a car, was just there to test drive a few vehicles. When I sat and talked with Mike, he was able to crunch the numbers to get me everything I wanted at a very affordable price. Mike was very attentive to my needs and it was clear that he wasn't there to simply sell me a car, but rather, to put me in a vehicle that was a good fit, was the right price, and helpful with getting me a deal that will also help me re-establish my credit after some unfortunate circumstances leaving my credit a bit damaged. I don't think i'll ever go anywhere else to buy a vehicle in the future. Do yourself a favor and seek him out if you're hunting for a new vehicle. More

Best experience in purchasing a new car after speaking to Mike Urbania on the phone and expressing what I wanted in my new escape.
