I had an amazing experience working with Michael Urbania at Klaben Ford. I came in knowing exactly what my budget was and what I wanted, and Mike made it happen. He listened to what was important to me, nev at Klaben Ford. I came in knowing exactly what my budget was and what I wanted, and Mike made it happen. He listened to what was important to me, never made me feel pressured, and truly worked to find the best option for my situation. From start to finish, he took care of everything, making the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. Buying or leasing a vehicle can usually be overwhelming, but this was by far the smoothest experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. There were no headaches, no surprises, and no back-and-forth—just excellent customer service. Mike is personable, kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his customers. If you’re looking for someone who will listen to your needs, respect your budget, and make the process as seamless as possible, I highly recommend asking for Michael Urbania at Klaben Ford. Thank you again, Mike, for making what is usually a stressful day such an enjoyable one! More

Mr Klaben and his crew were outstanding and Ford has the peace of mind program for which they will take the vehicle back with proof of death no questions asked. Then Mr. Urbania got me the car to replace the Bronco. Thank you for kindness and understanding. More
