Easiest Auto Purchase Ever I won a raffle prize of 3 months of Butler's "drive Black-Tie" service and was very impressed with the dealership and personnel. Things evolved to th I won a raffle prize of 3 months of Butler's "drive Black-Tie" service and was very impressed with the dealership and personnel. Things evolved to the point that I decided to replace my own Jeep with another SUV and I went to Butler because of my Black Tie experience. The sales staff were courteous and very respectful of my time. I brought in my research from the website and in under 90 minutes had driven, discussed my trade situation, and signed the sales papers for my new Equinox. I've purchased many cars in my time but NEVER experienced this level and quality of service at any dealer. More

The friendly and inviting staff treat you like family while assisting you in your search for a new/new to you car. This is our second time in the last year being assisted by Eric Ruchala, one of Jim Butler Chevrolet's best. 9 Months ago Eric Ruchala helped us upgrade into a newer car with more options than our old one. A few weeks ago our amazing car was totaled after being rear ended. We reached out to Eric and let him know the situation and also told him what we are looking for, Eric responded almost immediately and we met with him the next day. We test drove a few SUV's and found the one we fell in love with! Eric and his team at Jim Butler are caring, knowledgeable, and they go the extra mile to make your dreams come true! Service advisor not focused I have bought several cars from butler and have had many cars in for repair. This advisor by far wasn’t focused on communicating to me about the statu I have bought several cars from butler and have had many cars in for repair. This advisor by far wasn’t focused on communicating to me about the status of my car. I had to basically hour the dealer to get answers. Thank god for I think “Mandy” was her name. She understood my concerns and got answers when the service advisor wouldn’t call me. The final straw was when I went to pick up my car and he didn’t even try to acknowledge me at all. Not very personable. There was more but not worth posting. More
