Tony Palmer, the Jim Butler salesman, was excellent. Tony was technically astute, customer friendly, and very knowledgeable in all aspects relative to the 2024 Malibu. I had an appointment for my car to get looked at, they told me they would call me to give me updates. I never received a call I had to call up there myself and ask. I got told they were looking at it on F told me they would call me to give me updates. I never received a call I had to call up there myself and ask. I got told they were looking at it on Friday well Monday afternoon I called again and then I got told they just started looking at it a couple hours ago so they lied to me. That place service team is horrible this isn’t the first time this has happened to me. Last time my car was in the shop for 2 months. What is the point of an appointment if you can’t get your car back that day or the day after is also a question of mine. I will never be buying a car from this place again and that’s sad because I loved my sales person. More
