We were able to relate on a personal level and he provided us all the information we needed to feel comfortable with our purchase. Brian, the sales manager was also a pleasure to work with. He did his due diligence and got us a great deal on our slightly used car with payments exactly where we wanted them. We finished the paperwork with Michael. He made the process easy and was he was very entertaining! We had a great time completing the deal and could not be happier with our purchase. The employees must be treated well at this dealership because it shows in how they interact with the customers. If I could buy another car right now, I would go right back to Lexus of Sacramento! Lexus was one of the sponsors, when I returned home I called Mike Kennedy and told him what I was looking for and gave him my terms. I was going to be passing through Sacramento the following weekend and would be pressed for time. Mike and corresponded via email and he made it all happen. I arrived about 1:00 PM and everything was ready, I turned in my car, picked up the new one and was on my way in 2.5 hours. Easiest car purchase I have ever experienced. Luxury with Safety in mind After having my LS430 totalled from a rear end accident, I came to really appreciate the quality and safety aspects of the Lexus as I was not injured. The headrest and lumbar support really protected me. I knew that I did not want to consider buying any other car than a Lexus. The luxury of the Lexus is great, but after having an accident, I really appreciate all the airbags, especially in the back when I am driving my grandchildren. I decided on the RX350 and then I shopped on the internet until I found the car I wanted. Mike K and Mike Z were both very pleasant to work with and really appreciate Mark's tech help. I had some service work done at Roseville Lexus on my previous car and I knew that I was not going to buy from them. So, I decided to go to Lexus of Sacramento and I am very glad that I did. I live in Redding and I will get my oil changes at Lithia Toyota, then I can just go to Sacramento for service work. I like to be loyal to the place with I purchase my car. When the Paintguard rep called and set up my appointment, he spoke very highly of the people at the Lexus of Sacramento. That even made me feel better about my decision. Through a 'no-pressure' financial exchange, we bought a beautiful ES 350. Many other Lexus employees were very helpful: Vanessa, Bryon, Mike and Mark.
