When it came to replace my 2005 Honda Civic I returned to CDA Honda because Mike Shewfelt had made the experience so easy when we purchased it twenty years ago. Honda Civics have changed tremendously since then, but the service and experience of purchasing a new vehicle from CDA Honda is just as easy, and even better! The combined effort of Tyler Abbott, Mikel, and John just shows how CDA Honda is all about making connections with clients. We especially appreciated how much time each team member took answering questions, and how Tyler listened to us and got us into the best car for our needs. I truly miss my 2005 Civic, yet I am looking forward to getting to know my new Civic Hatchback with all of its amazing features. More

I’m so happy to report that my experience with the sales department was excellent as well. They were responsive to my online inquiries and would check in, however they wouldn’t hound me asking if I was still interested over and over which I appreciated. The salesman I worked with when I got to the dealer was a pleasure to work with. I felt comfortable taking my time to look at the different vehicles, had a great test drive to a location that wasn’t too busy so I could focus on how the car handled vs. driving in traffic in an unfamiliar vehicle. The negotiation process went well and the finance person made doing paperwork an enjoyable experience. I would recommend this dealership, hands down! More

At this dealership we dealt with Mikel on two different occasions while thinking about a new car. Both times we found him to be knowledgeable, truthful, extremely helpful and low key. Mikel just seems to want to help you figure out what would work best for you...not him. He is very pleasant to work with, polite and very kind. We did not buy a car at the first visit which was months before the second visit. He was the same helpful, pleasant person both times. We would love to work with him again. The paperwork guy, Johnathan, was also just as pleasant and knowledgeable in his area of expertise. We felt better buying a car here than anywhere else we have ever purchased. More
