It had been a while since I purchased a new car. In fact, I was only going to buy something used. However, Mikal’s patience and helpfulness won me over to a new Toyota Crown. And it’s red! The entire experience which took about three trips to test drive different models was a great process. By the time I completed the purchase, I was very confident in my choice. Bought my second vehicle from Mikel this year! I had mentioned in conversation that my current car was too low. Not expecting anything she called me within a week of telling her that and told me s I had mentioned in conversation that my current car was too low. I wasn’t in the market quite yet but she found something that fit my needs and she got me a great deal on it! I love my new car and this dealership! Chad Armstrong was also a great smart guy to work with in finance. He made sure to take the time to make sure I knew what every document was. I would recommend mikel and this dealership to everyone!!
