I am always nervous and really don't want to see really nice vehi Our experience purchasing our Toyota Highlander was out of this world FANTASTIC!!!! I am always nervous and really don't want to see really nice vehicles because I will want them and may not be able to afford them. Mikey took us and made us feel relaxed and no so stressed. Then we sat with Viktor to see if we could afford it and WE COULD!!!!! Our payments were not initially where we really felt comfortable but guess what???? Koons Annapolis did not stop trying for us... do you know they called us like a day or two later and told us to come back in because are payment will be lowered by approx. $100. We couldn't believe it!!! This has NEVER happened to us and when we went back there sure enough our payments were actually lowered by $130. In our minds - we were doing cart wheels and summer saults! Nothing but a wonderful experience for us. We believe the good things happen to good people!!! Thank you again Koons Annapolis!!! Mikey Harris, Viktor Beshidze and Suheil Katan have a wonderful holiday season!!! More

Awesome experience! I didn't think I would enjoy my search for a new car. Latoya and Mikey at Koons Annapolis Toyota quickly pushed all of my worries to the side! I was I didn't think I would enjoy my search for a new car. Latoya and Mikey at Koons Annapolis Toyota quickly pushed all of my worries to the side! I was warmly greeted by the receptionist when I entered the dealership and offered a drink while I waited for a salesperson. The Wi-Fi also helped :) Once I spoke with Mikey and Latoya about what I wanted, they showed me a car that I did not initially have in mind, but as it turns out, it is the perfect car for me! It is very roomy and has all of the bells and whistles I want. There was no pressure to buy; they really walked me through the process and provided options for me to help select the best car. They made the process easy and really explained everything to me, from the technology in the car to the Toyota Care program. The customer service and attention to detail shown by Latoya and Mikey was outstanding! I highly recommend anyone looking for a hassle-free, enjoyable car buying process to come to Koons Annapolis Toyota! More
