All i can say is that i was blown away with the service from Crown Hyundai!! On my initial day of walking in, i was greeted by one of the sales people, Mikuh. He sat down with me for about 30 min and went from Crown Hyundai!! On my initial day of walking in, i was greeted by one of the sales people, Mikuh. He sat down with me for about 30 min and went over all the different cars they had that would fit my budget, as well as walked me around the lot showing them to me in person. Now, he knew i was not buying that day and still treated me with amazing customer service. Answering any questions i had. I had left the dealer ship and then returned 2 weeks later. when i had walked in unfortunately he was busy with a scheduled client. So i was then introduced to Austen, who was also very nice and walked me through the same process. When all hope was coming to an end, we found a beautiful 2022 Hyundai Venue that was looking to be in my budget. After a few hours of negotiating with the Sales Manager Tyler, we were able to make the deal! Mikuh also stopped over to make sure i was being taken care of. On the day of signing all of the papers, i was unable to drive it off the lot due to a recall in the seat belt. With the help of Steve the Service and Parts manager, they were able to expedite the part and have my drive her home 3 days after signing the paperwork. They called and kept me updated though out the entire process. Mikuh and Austen are a perfect example of perfect sales and customer service that you want to have when taking the steps in buying a car. They both have positive attitudes and don't push and make you feel pressured at all! From here on out i will be dealing with them for all future car purchase's. More

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is being how we bought a used car I was told it would be detailed prior to us fl driving it off the lot. So, I came in today with hope that I would find a car that I really liked and could drive off the lot in. My goal was to get a Hyundai Elantra. Mikuh was my lead sales person and he was very kind and per that I really liked and could drive off the lot in. My goal was to get a Hyundai Elantra. Mikuh was my lead sales person and he was very kind and personable. He saw that I was eager to get going with my main concern, the numbers. With the help of Crown Hyundai's manager, I was able to find reasonable financing options given that the car was brand new. Even though they did not have an insurance team in-house right now, Carter, another sales rep assisted me in finding some insurance options. Both Mikuh and Carter sat with me and kept me motivated when I was having some difficulty finding insurance. Finally, I was able to find coverage and Mr. Tim, in financing, came in to finish the transaction. Mr. Tim was very funny and the closing process was smooth. I appreciated everyone I was able to work with today. I am now on the road with my new 2022 Hyundai Elantra SEL from Crown Hyundai in St. Pete. More
