Everyone is friendly, helpful, and works as a team to make sure your experience is the best it can be. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and patient answering our questions while we test drove two models and then was unbelievably thorough after the purchase showing me the features of my new 2019 Mini Cooper S 2 door hard top. The follow up was amazing with a phone call a few days after my purchase to ask how I was enjoying my car and asking me if I had any questions. Excellent experience all around! Thank you! More

I was first met the day of the sale by Arusha! He was awesome. He made me feel right at home and at ease with his smooth and happy personality! I had already worked with Shane a few days before and he was with another customer closing another deal ( Go Shane!!) So Ru helped us into the car and took me for a test drive! I was already “SOLD” on this car... we are a family of Mini owners and I have had my eye on this particular one for awhile! Once we were done we came into the office to draw up paperwork and Ru and Shane helped us through the negotiations. Once finally settled we were ready! Headed to the closing table! They took me out to my NEW Beautiful car and showed me the features and how to use everything! I was also presented with several gifts: a watch , shirts and a crochet toy mini! Which was my favorite because I crochet! I am utterly impressed with my experience here. I have bought and sold many cars but this has by far exceeded my expectations and we will LOVE coming here for service and future car buying! Thank you! More
